Email supportI can’t find my pouch
Open Pouches, tap ••• at the top and choose Add pouch. Enter the brand, product and mg per pouch from your can, then choose a color or take a photo of the can. You can also tap New pouch while you log.
I logged the wrong time or pouch
Open the entry in History to change or delete it. When you log, choose Now or how many minutes ago the pouch went in. Other lets you pick an exact time. Deleting a pouch from Pouches does not delete the logs you made with it.
Undo a mistake
Shake your iPhone right after a change, then tap Undo. Pouchlet undoes the last change, such as a deleted entry or pouch.
Add a photo of your can
In Pouches, open a pouch and tap its picture. Take a photo of the top of the can or choose one from Photos. Pouchlet cuts the can out on your iPhone. If it can’t find the edge of the can, it uses a round crop of the photo.
How does Patterns count?
Patterns counts the pouches you log. Pouches a day is the average over days with at least one log, so a day you didn’t log doesn’t count as zero. Last 7 days covers the 7 full days before today and compares them with the 7 days before. Last 30 days does the same with 30 days.
What’s on my Lock Screen?
The Lock Screen shows a recorded pouch and its timer. Remove ends that pouch’s session. When several pouches are in, it shows the latest one; open Pouches in on Now to choose another. If the activity doesn’t appear, turn on Live Activities in Settings → Pouchlet.
I’m moving to another phone
On the old phone, open Settings → Your data → Export backup. Save the JSON backup somewhere you can reach from the new phone. On the new phone, choose Restore backup, open that JSON file, review its contents and confirm. This restores history, saved pouches, can photos, organization and settings. Check any pouch still marked as active, since a backup may be older than your last removal.
Restore or add history?
Restore backup replaces the app’s current data with the backup. Before replacing readable data, the app keeps a separate recovery copy under Before last restore. Add missing history copies only new entries; your saved pouches and settings stay as they are. Existing entries with the same ID are not overwritten.
The app cannot open my data
The recovery screen keeps logging paused to protect the saved file. Try opening again, restore the previous saved version if offered, or choose a JSON backup you exported. If none works, contact support before deleting the app. A backup from a newer version needs that version or later.
Why is the chart only an estimate?
It uses recorded pouch amounts and general assumptions about absorption and clearance. It cannot measure nicotine in your blood or know exactly how a product affects you. Open Settings → About the estimate for the details.
