Stored on your iPhone

Your history, notes, saved pouches, can photos and settings stay in the app’s private storage on your iPhone. The widget and Live Activity use the same local records.

There is no Pouchlet account, advertising or analytics code. We do not receive your journal or use it to train AI.

Camera and photos

The camera opens only when you choose Take photo. Choosing from Photos shares only that picture with Pouchlet.

The can is cut out on your iPhone. A small image is saved with your journal; the original is not kept or uploaded.

Backups and exports

Exports include your history, notes and can photos. They leave Pouchlet when you save or share them. Pouchlet does not encrypt exported files, so save them somewhere you trust.

Your device backup may also include app data. Storage providers and people you share with control their own copies.

Deleting data

Records stay until you delete them. Pouchlet also keeps a previous saved version, a copy from before the last full restore, and any files preserved during recovery.

Settings → Your data → Delete all data removes these local records and recovery copies. Exported files, device backups and emailed copies must be deleted separately.

Support and website links

Emailing support shares your email address and the content you send. We use it to answer your request. Nothing is attached automatically. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence.

Opening a website shares normal browser connection information with that site. Cloudflare hosts our help pages and processes requests to serve them. Those pages have no added advertising or analytics scripts.

Who the app is for

Pouchlet is for adults who already use nicotine pouches. It is not intended for children and does not sell nicotine products. The chart is an estimate, not a blood test or a personal safe limit.
